Works on Paper

I often make work on paper or card after I have been painting, and use any left-over oil or acrylic paint. This means that the work is often quite spontaneous, but I will also add more layers and/or detail later. I like to make monoprints and add layers of paint, charcoal or pen & ink. Taking a monoprint from my paint palette can form the basis of a piece or provide me with material for collage and mixed media work. Therefore, in one piece there can be paint, charcoal, pastel or ink and I like to make marks and create texture using sticks, feathers, grasses, bits of bark and enjoy making my own little mark making tools.

All work is for sale, please make an enquiry if you are interested in purchasing.
